NG Video Cuts provides short-form video editing for real estate agents. This policy explains what we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

  • Booking requests: your name, email address, phone number, any brokerage or notes you add, and the date and time you request.
  • Client portal: your name, email, property address, listing brief, and the link you share to your footage.
  • Technical data: like most websites, the services that deliver this site and its fonts may receive your IP address and browser details when you visit. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

  • To schedule, confirm, and hold our calls.
  • To contact you about your call or about our services.
  • To edit and deliver the videos you ask for.
  • To keep basic business records.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site, such as our email delivery service (EmailJS), our form handling service (Formspree), our web host, and Google Fonts, and only as needed for them to do that work. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep booking requests and client files as long as we need them to provide our services and keep business records, then delete them. Ask us and we will delete your information sooner.

We use reputable providers and limit who can see what you send. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive items such as financial account numbers or government IDs through this site.
